Dr. Frank

Dr. Frank Xavier Arokiasamy brings over 30 years of international experience as a university lecturer, corporate trainer, consultant, and entrepreneur. He is the CEO of FA Rock Global and has taught at leading institutions including Southern Illinois University (USA), MUST, UNE, and Federation University. An Econometrician and Economist by training, he specializes in International Trade, Developmental Economics, and Econometrics, and holds a PhD in Economics with a minor in Finance from Southern Illinois University, USA.

Throughout his career, Dr. Frank has designed and delivered training programs on leadership, communication, negotiation, team building, strategic management, finance for non-finance, sales, motivation, and the integration of AI in business. His flagship programs include MOHE’s GCAP initiative, which successfully trained over 3,500 graduates to transition into confident, workforce-ready professionals, and Dynamic Management, which bridges traditional management techniques with the values of Gen Z and Millennials.

His corporate training portfolio spans global organizations such as HSBC, Citibank, Bank of China, PETRONAS, WHO, CELCOM, MAXIS, Nestlé, MAHB, OSRAM, and many others. Franklin Styne PhD (cand) MCMI

Franklin Styne Iyadurai is a certified HRD Corp trainer, corporate coach, and adjunct lecturer with over 38 years of professional experience in technology, business development, leadership, and digital marketing. He began his career as a programmer and systems analyst before moving into international business development, where he successfully drove multinational sales and market expansion. A certified Digital Marketing Professional (DMI, UK) and member of the Chartered Management Institute (UK), Franklin has trained professionals across industries in sales, marketing, strategic planning, communications, and leadership. He is also recognized for his practical approach to generative AI, equipping participants to leverage tools like ChatGPT for productivity, content creation, and workflow automation. He has delivered training to organizations such as A. Hardrodt, Tony Roma’s, Manhattan Fish Market, NY Steak Shack, MBM Resources Bhd, FAMA, YMCA, and

Unitar International University. With his nearly four decades of expertise, Franklin brings

Peter Raj

Peter is a passionate trainer and people coach! He has a wide range of knowledge, expertise and life experience. He has worked with adults and the youth to bring out the best in them by getting them to recognize their own potential and talents. Through his positive approach and lively interaction, Peter is able to create an entertaining and relaxed learning atmosphere among his audience.

He has worked as a consultant for several of Malaysia’s leading training companies, including Scicom (MSC) Sdn. Bhd. Knowledge Edge (M) Sdn Bhd, AL Solutions, Time-Out Solutions, LCCM Asia and Limelight Ventures. He was the director and co-owner of Limelight Ventures.

Vinodan Nair MBA, BSBA

Vinodan Nair has over 25 years of corporate training experience in the areas of management, organizational change, leadership, brand, human resources, sales and marketing, presentation skills and people skills development.

Having received his tertiary education in the United States, he had the opportunity to work in financial services marketing with two leading financial service organisations there – Primerica Financial Services and Metropolitan Life. After moving back to Malaysia in 1991, Vinodan began his journey into the training arena by starting off as a lecturer with MSC-Syme Business School, Kuala Lumpur which ran a twinning degree programme with Monash University, Australia. Vinodan then moved on to Telekom Malaysia (TM) (Malaysia’s largest communications service provider) in 1996 and started and built his corporate training experience with them, in their corporate training college.

From the training college, he then moved into TM Group’s Corporate Communications Division where he was responsible for publications and corporate responsibility programmes before being hand-picked to join TM’s High Speed Broadband (HSBB) Pioneer Project team which was entrusted to implement Malaysia’s pioneer high speed broadband network. He was responsible for stakeholder communications for the project. While there, he was called upon to use his training experience to drive communications and training on the project to various internal and external stakeholders.

Upon successful completion of this assignment with the HSBB team, Vinodan was recruited into TM’s Group Marketing division where he was responsible for brand communications. From there, he was assigned to Multimedia University, Malaysia (MMU), TM’s education arm in 2015, where he headed the business and programme development for MMU’s newly established Corporate Executive Education business until his retirement in 2021.

Vinodan’s corporate training experience over the years has taken him to various organisations (in addition to TM), such as Petronas, AIA, World Bank, Mercedes Benz, Khazanah Nasional, Pantech Group, MAA Assurance, Government of Malaysia, Dale Carnegie Malaysia and Scomi Engineering amongst others. Vinodan holds an MBA in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University, United States. He also holds a BSBA from the same University. Vinodan is a certified trainer with the Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF) Malaysia.

 

William Arasaratnam MSc, MBA

William Arasaratnam brings a wealth of diverse corporate experience to his role as a corporate trainer, with a career spanning various industries and roles across the globe.

  1. Professional Experience: • Stockbroker in Chicago: William began his career in the fast-paced environment of Chicago’s financial sector, honing his skills in investment analysis, market trends, and client relations. • Nationsbank of America, Austin, TX: Transitioning to the banking industry, William worked with Nationsbank of America in Austin, TX, where he gained expertise in financial management, risk assessment, and customer service. • Arab Malaysian Merchant Bank: William expanded his international experience by working in the financial sector in Malaysia, where he further developed his understanding of global markets and investment strategies.

Interworld Technology, Singapore: William’s sales experience with Interworld Technology in Singapore provided him with insights into the technology sector, including product positioning, market penetration, and client acquisition. • Entrepreneurship and Manufacturing: William’s entrepreneurial journey led him to establish and manage a glove manufacturing plant in Kedah, Malaysia. This experience provided him with invaluable insights into operations management, supply chain logistics, and business development. • General Manager – Lanjut Pertiwi Sdn Bhd. Importing & distribution of scientific products, William successfully ran its operation in importing scientific products from overseas. This venture equipped him with skills in product sourcing, negotiation, and distribution. • Marketing Director – P&A Smart Solution Sdn Bhd. Engaging with corporate clients to manage their credit risk exposure and further assist them in their delinquent accounts. • Chief Executive Officer of Onspace Solution Sdn Bhd. A Digitalization and Software Development company which created a rule-based invoice presentment system which seamlessly ensures collection and follow-ups are conducted in a timely manner. Embracing the digital age, William ventured into digitalization and software development, where he leveraged his diverse background to drive innovation, streamline processes, and enhance organizational efficiency.

Gengadran MBA, MSc

Genga, as he is commonly known, had acquired various skills and experiences both in the military (RMAF) and in the corporate sector. This had equipped him with the knowledge on the ‘goings on’
in most human endeavour.

Genga’s passion for the human development, had led him to learn Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), in order to better connect with others, at the human level and being empathetic. Furthermore, this program had helped him to improve his ‘soft skills’, an important asset to ‘humanize’ any organization. In fact, this is the area of his research for his dissertation for the Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA); a testament for his longing to explore, new frontiers of knowledge. Additionally, Genga heartily wishes to instill on others the concept of lifelong learning.

 

Dev Emmanuel @ Umadev

Corporate Trainer | Digital Technology, AI Automation & AI Productivity Enablement Specialist

Dev Emmanuel has over 25 years of professional experience in technology, software development, operations management, and corporate leadership, with a strong focus in recent years on digital literacy, AI fundamentals, workplace productivity, and responsible technology adoption. He began his career as a programmer and software engineer in the banking and financial services sector, before progressing into operations management and director‑level leadership roles within technology‑driven organisations.

Drawing from his extensive technical background and business experience, Dev specialises in delivering Digital Technology Foundation and AI‑related training programmes for non‑technical and mixed‑proficiency corporate audiences. His training approach helps participants understand the digital landscape, build confidence in using technology effectively, and adopt a future‑ready mindset aligned with organisational transformation.

Dev is an HRD Corp–accredited trainer and a Certified ICDL AI Trainer, with academic qualifications in computer studies and systems engineering from Informatics College, Kuala Lumpur, and NCC (UK). His early experience with enterprise systems and programming (IBM AS/400, RPG, CL) gives him a strong understanding of how technology supports real‑world business operations and productivity outcomes. 

He has delivered a wide range of Virtual Instructor‑Led Training (VILT) programmes, including AI Fundamentals, Generative AI, AI Essentials for Managers, AI for Digital Marketing, and Workplace Productivity Using AI. His sessions emphasise practical application, combining guided demonstrations, hands‑on exercises, group discussions, quizzes, and real‑world workplace scenarios. Dev is experienced in facilitating large‑scale virtual sessions while maintaining engagement and learning effectiveness.

In his AI and digital training, Dev also incorporates responsible use and basic cybersecurity awareness, helping participants understand data sensitivity, safe handling of information, and appropriate use of AI and digital tools. This ensures productivity gains are achieved without increasing operational or security risk, particularly in regulated and public‑sector environments.

Kelvin Simon, MBA

Kelvin Simon started his career in 1986 and spans 37 years in Technology Solutions, of which 28 years in Management and Operations. He has managed multiple cross functional teams and implemented Cloud Governance for a multinational eCommerce company. Kelvin has a strong process focus, with a belief that this is key to deliver projects on time, budget, and quality. Kelvin is a trainer focused on Project Management, Cybersecurity and Cloud Technology. Also, a soft skills trainer in Effective workplace communication (@ Mr DIY) and business coaching.

Camillus Yang is a senior sustainability, clean energy, and green finance practitioner with over 15 years of experience spanning financial services, oil and gas, renewable energy, data centres, ESG, AI-enabled decision-making, and corporate finance. He has worked for MNCs like Accenture, Shell and SMEs alike thus allowing him to understand a broad spectrum of challenges of large and small corporations.

He is the Managing Director and CFO of aNew Energy Pte Ltd, where he advises C-suite leaders, boards, and investment teams on decarbonisation strategy, clean energy procurement, data centre sustainability, and transition finance. Camillus brings a rare combination of real transaction experience and training capability, enabling corporates to move from policy and intent to execution.
